Although this didn’t result in a sale, it got us attuned to getting ready for MLS. They coached us on how to get the house ready for showing and connected us with stagers, painters, and landscapers. Getting inspections on the house, pests, and sewer system, set us up for holding the line on the asking price. They helped us set an appropriate asking price and gave sage advice on how to handle count offers. Alex and Karin did a great job for us selling our house. We chose them because they know the Marin Market so well. Our house is unusual, but that didn’t deter them and in the middle of this pandemic we were able to sell our house.
