Beautiful and unique Sausalito real estate sits on ornament wooded hills that fall steeply into Sausalito. Sausalito is closest to San Francisco and looks back at it across the Bay. There are typically 60-70 homes available with an average price of $1.5 million. This number is skewed since there are some very expensive properties while 30-40% of the inventory is under $700k. There is also one of the few places in Marin with a large amount of duplexes and triplexes for rent and for sale.

San Anselmo & Sleepy Hollow Real Estate

San Anselmo real estate has become one of the favorite choices for Marin homebuyers. There is usually an inventory of approximately 100 homes to choose from with an average price of $1 million, 30% of which is under the $700k mark. There are several communities with smaller homes and lots and others with larger ranch style homes on bigger lots. Depending on the location, the commute time to the city is approximately 25-30 minutes and the public transportation facilities are excellent providing feeder busses to the San Francisco ferry and direct bus service from every neighborhood. San Anselmo real estate is generally out of the fog belt providing the best weather conditions and the school district is also excellent which gives homebuyers another ideal opportunity for families.
